Harold Estes

Harold Estes was appointed to our board of directors in October 2002. Mr. Estes is President of Texas Timberjack, Inc.

Geoffrey A. Gerard

Geoffrey A. Gerard was elected to our board of directors in February 2002. Mr. Gerard has been in the private practice of law in Dallas County, Texas since 1978, specializing in business transactions.

Alexander Auerbach

Alexander Auerbach was appointed to our board of directors in September 2004. Mr. Auerbach is President of Alexander Auerbach & Co., Inc., a public relations, marketing and investor relations firm.

Alexander Rodetis, Jr.

Alexander Rodetis, Jr. was appointed to our board of directors in September 2004. Mr. Rodetis is President of Fairway Financial Services LLC, which provides financial and due diligence guidance to financial institutions and corporations.
